around how much? and this cookie didnt have soymilk or tofu in it, it was made mostly out of brown rice stuff, and some soybean stuff, i dont really remember

Not necessairly. It just doesn't have animal or dairy products in it. It may have just as many calories, depending upon what it is made out of.
