Question:
What else should I eat today to be healthy?
Breakfast: bagel with cream cheese (I realize it isn't a healthy choice but I'm addicted to it!)
Lunch/dinner: egg salad sandwich (with lettuce tomato and onion)
Snack: half a bagel with cream cheese, a banana with peanut butter spread on it.
I totalled the calories and it came to about 900 calories. According to my height, weight, age and activity levels, I need 1,419.65 calories a day. Am I getting enough protien, enough iron? What else should I eat today to get everything I need? Any additional advice?

ps. I'm vegetarian.
Answers:
You could probably do with some more fruits and vegetables, and some whole grains. Try having a bowl of whole-grain cereal if you have any with fresh fruit either sliced in or on the side, and some carrot sticks dipped in peanut butter for added protein and veggies.
