ok, i just bought the ephredra diet pills off the internet...im goin to take one everyday, and im only going to eat fruits and veggies and i will keep protein in my diet.....and only drink water, maybe some green tea...and im going to work out at the gym for 2 1/2 hours or more....will this diet make me lose 35lbs in 2 months?

Don't take them. The health risk is greater than the effect. Diet, exercise, I can give you a good work out and a decent diet.
