What are effective ways to use an exercise bike?!


Question: What are effective ways to use an exercise bike!?
I have an exercise bike, and I wanna lose a little bit off my stomach and thighs (i don't have much to lose, but my thighs kinda need work)

What are some good, effective exercise bike routune I could use (that are not too overwhelming)Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't let people scare you away from the bike!. I lost 70lbs once by riding my exercise bike twice a day 30 min!. each time, five to six times a week on close to the LEAST resistance setting!. Also my tummy tightened up!. The key to exercise is not to kill yourself doing it, or than you will hate it and never want to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah just go on it for at least 30 mins no-stop everyday,
also, if your bike has like umm a wheel, which you can turn to make it harder to pedal, its good if you start off easy and get hader, to warm up, and then warm down again by decreasing the difficulty of pedaling!.
try watching tv or listen to music while you do it, as then you'll find it goes quicker (Y)

I use it to dry my clothes!.

Do whatever to keep it interesting!. Change difficulties often!. Start easy, go hard, ease up if you get tired, then go hard again!.

By the way, you can't control where fat is lost; you can only control how much fat is lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rid that bike 45 minutes everyday, and you'll see results within a few days to a week if you work very hard and concentrate!. not only watch what you put in your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
