What kind of health probs. would someone have if this was all they ate?!
Question: What kind of health probs!. would someone have if this was all they ate!?
this is what i eat on a weekly basis:
5 sandwiches-
white wheat bread
sliced american cheese
alot of miracle whip
sandwich meat
1 bag of lays
six cokes
4 bottles of water
5 bean burritos with cheese on top
1 bowl of ramen
(a salad or cold veggies when possible!.!.!.maybe 3 times)
4 frozen small personal pizzas
2 stacks of pancakes with alot of syrup
4 cups of milk
8 cookies
and the occasional fast food once a month!.
WHAT KIND OF HEALTH PROBLEMS MIGHT I HAVE FROM EATING THIS WAY!? FROM THESE KINDS OF FOODS!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know specifically what health problems you would have, but I can gurantee that you wouldn't be living a healthy lifestyle!. A lot of your calories are coming from carbs, refined carbs, which are the bad kind!. If they are not burned off they turn to fat!. I also do not think that you'd be getting a lot of vitamins and minerals you need!. No where have I seen any fruit on your weekly meal plan!. Coke and maple syrup are both full of sugar, known as High Fructose Corn Syrup!. This ingredient actually makes your mind think you are hungrier, so this can lead to overeating!. I would switch white bread to whole wheat and a bag of lays with whole grain crackers!. Even simple changes and subsitutions can go a long way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
One thing would be weight gain!. So many of the things you listed are high in sugar and fat!. I don't see any fruits and veggies on there!. You need them for the vitamins and to regulate your digestive system!. So constipation would be probable!. I couldn't even list everything that you could have problems with!. Here is a site that has a food pyramid with recommended daily nutritional values!. It has a planner on it as well so you can make a menu up for the week etc!.

I know a lot of people who eat a similar diet to the one you are listing and they are afflicted with heart problems and diabetes!. Be careful!. It's not too late to change!. Everything depends on ones genetic make up and family history!. I know people who eat 100% healthy and die of cancer, and I know people that eat only junk food and never have a sick day in their life!. And there are people who eat fast food, (junk greese), and have ulcers!.
Some people would gain weight with the above diet, other would have the same diet with no impact on their weight!.
