Is it healthier to exercise before breakfast or after? & if after, how long afte!

Question: Is it healthier to exercise before breakfast or after!? & if after, how long after!?
Answers:
Exercising, period, is very healthy!. It is most likely true though that it is better to exercise in the morning, before breakfast!. Exercise, even for as little as 15 minutes, will signal your body to start burning calories!. I think it is also a good idea, however, to have a small snack before you exercise!. Eating carbs before exercising can actually help you burn more calories and fat!. If you want to lose fat, not muscle, this is a good idea because when your body starts burning, it's gonna burn the carbs, which is the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a better idea to exercise within the hour or 2 after eating!.!.!.!.it aids with the digestion of food as well as helping you to burn calories!. Obviously don't expect peak performance due to the blood being shunted to stomach/colon region!.!.!.!.!.but for health reasons do it within that parameter!. Google "peristalsis" and that should help you understand how exercise aids with the breakdown in food w/o me trying to type (or more like cut/paste) a term paper and attempting to look smart, like I'm sure someone will definitely do=)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should do it before you eat as long as you do not feel weak!. Then you burn the stored fat cells rather than the ones you just consumed!. It goes without say, that if you do start feeling weak or faint, go ahead and eat before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
