What can i do to lose 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks?!


Question:

What can i do to lose 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks?

im going to be 14 in a few days and im 5'1 and 3/4 and im 123 pounds and i just what to know what to do.so what do you think i should do.. BUT NO RUNNING, or pills or exercise equipment or nothing like that! i hate running.... do i walk every day for like 3 house but in sets? or what? and i do martial arts 5 days a week and 2 houres a day, but im off this week....

and i wanns lose weight cause online it said the average person my age and hight should be 103 pounds..and im in a family that has a grandmother that thinks all her grand kids are fat and im the biggest one! (out of the girls) and my causein is 103 and she was crying one night cause she heard my grandmother called her fat (well she called all the grand kids fat) but i really want to lose weight.. dont say i need to get help or something cause i am pritty big.... lol can you guys help... thanks!

and i hardy eat junk food! i dont drink soda and i dont eat candy...


Answers:

gramma needs to shut her hole! Just watch what you eat and get any exercise that you can. don't be a couch potato. also you are going to have to get up and move and do some things that you don't want to do. no pain no gain! good luck!
