What is better for me to eat?!


Question: What is better for me to eat!?
My mom is giving us two choices!. We can either eat ragatoni!. Ragatoni are noodles with sauce and parmesan cheese or tuna chaserol! The tuna meal has obviously tuna a little mayo and noodles! They are both yummy but which one is HEALTHIER for me to eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The rigatoni is probably healthier!. It's likely to have tomato sauce on it, which is loaded with cancer-fighting compounds like lycopene, as well as vitamin C!. An even better choice would be a whole wheat rigatoni pasta, but even the regular ol' kind is low in fat and typically enriched with vitamins as well!.

The tuna casserole's only healthy ingredient is the tuna, really!. And its benefits are kind of reduced by all that mayo!

That said, there's something to be said for eating the one that makes you the HAPPIEST as well!. And it's actually safe to eat whatever you want, as long as you eat it in moderation and be sure to balance it out with lots of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables!.

It sounds like they are both pretty healthy!. I would have to say that its a tie!. Ragatoni and Tuna both have noodles, which means that there are carbs involved!. And then with the tuna!.!.tuna is naturally a very lean meat, but when mayo is added, it sort of cancels out the "leaness!." If there was no mayo involved, the tuna would be healthier!.!.!.!.but because its a tie!.!.!.its up to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it matters how much mayo you put on the tuna and for the ragatoni it matters how much cheese you put on it if you do not put and mayo or cheese on both they will be find they best thing is a salad with no cheese well not a lot of stuff on itWww@Answer-Health@Com

ragatoni is healthier if the noodles are whole wheat and there isn't too much cheese and tuna casserole is healthier if the mayo is light and the noodles are whole wheat!. it really depends on ingredients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no categorical answer!. Answer depends upon your dietary requirements!. Eat what you like, just moderate your fat and caloric intake!. None of the ingredients are bad for you, in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
