I've been doing pilates for about a week and a half, and I have already noticed my thighs getting thinner and leaner:)
try looking at the 10 minute pilates videos on youtube, thats what I do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

pilates will change your body since it is a workout unlike yoga unless you do power yoga
