Hi, I am looking for some stats. Your Stats, It is not for homework, I am 35 and graduated a while ago. I am asking because I can't just walk up to a co worker with out them asking all the details bla bla bla

4)What did you eat today
5)What do you think or know your body fat % to be
6)Do you follow a work out or do you lead an active lifestyle or couch potato
