my weight is 136 i am attending l!.a!. fitness 5 times a week but i want to loose about 20 pounds before school starts i want to look different so do you guys have any suggestions for a girl my age !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually you should attempt 1-2 pounds in one week!. you should try the south beach diet!. pick up the book and read it!. you can lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks!. as you are still young, you should cut it in half!. the first portion is the 2 weeks, but you should cut that to 1 week!. in that week, you are to eat no potatoes, fruit and other things that are stated in the book!. you dont need to exercise but if you want maximum results, then you should keep doing your fitness thing 5 times a week!. you can aslo try running and cycling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you're only 13, don't go too far with the exercises!.

I'm guessing you're eating a healthy diet!?

Try cycling and walking!.
Running is good as well as you burn up fat from all around your body!.
You can then try sit ups to tone your tummy and more cycling to tone up your bottom and legs!.

The first step is to figure out your favorite salad dressing!.
Salad gives you nutrients and everything you need to live, without filling you up completely!.
If you have roller skates, skate about 5 miles per WEEK,
so maybe 1 mile each weekday!. It's not as hard as it seems!.
If you have a bike, 2 or 3 miles!.
Skateboards don't do much!.
Drink lots of milk, or if you don't like milk that much, chocolate milk!.
Don't stock up on water!.
Water has basically no nutrients or anything!.
The only thing it does is add plasma to your blood!.
Milk gives you vitamins A and D, plus other cool stuff!.
If you feel like it, go to Wal-Mart or somewhere and get something that you can easily work out with!.
Don't get weights though!.!.!.
Get something that makes a large portion of your body fit, like a crunch ball or a sit-up bar!.
But for working out, once you get tired, STOP!
The best workout to do is probably to just run or walk around!
Or if you don't feel like it, do sit-ups and push-ups!.
And if you don't like working out, stick to the food diet!.
I suggest apples, milk sand salad!.
Remember, it's fine to eat carbs too!
Just don't OVERLOAD!.
Pasta is good for you!.
And if you like sweets, just pick the right ones!.
Keep eating the other stuff I said, but ice-cream is fine!.
A little chocolate is ok!.
But stay away from the gelatin products, like gummi worms!.!.!.
No sour patch kids or Swedish fish either, even though they're gelatin free!.
And see if there are any stores in a 2-mile radius of your house that you like!.
If there are, then with your mom's permission, take a jog over there!
But it's summer, so watch how you dress!.
Some shorts and a t-shirt is fine!
For some more food tips, there are tons of healthy snacks out there!.
Most people don't give them a chance!.!.!.
But just switch to organic for a couple days!.
Don't turn EVERYTHING organic, though!.!.!.
Popcorn can stay buttery and stuff!.!.!.
Organic potato chips, though!.
Though delicious organic cheetos!
And if you can stand the taste, try whole wheat foods!.
But honestly, the taste is disgusting for most people!.!.!.
Taste test it first, if you wanna give it a chance!.
Try to start out with only watchin tv and playing video games or whatever for 4 hours a day-MAX!
Then after 2-weeks or so, switch to 3 hours!.
1-2 1/2 hours is reasonable after 2 months!.
Us kids need to have fun!
If you like sports, of course you should play them!.
That's pretty obvious, but!.!.!.
Well, just a reminder!.
But if you're like me and don't like sports, do what I said before!.!.!.
Just walk around or whatever!
Go on a hike through one of the local nature parks!
But seriously, make sure to have bug spray!.!.!.
And if you're going to a beach this summer, I SERIOUSLY recommend you get one of those beach bikes!
You get a tan and fitness at the same time!
But if you don't like appearing in public for some reason, then stick to the other stuff!.
And don't forget to keep up with your friends!
Maybe they wanna meet you at jelly beans or something!
