You can eat what ever you want to and lose weight, it's all about portions!. If you limit yourself on the food you eat, and the times you eat!. You will lose weight!. Also if you stop drinking soda, pop or whatever you want to call it you will also lose weight, the average cup of soda has about 150 calories, which is a lot, especially only 8 ounces of liquid!. But you also need to do physical stuff walking, running, swimming, etc!.!.!.

You have to leave some foods-
1)Rice(have them very little)!.
2)Potatoes!.
3)Butter(ghee)!.
4)JUNK FOOD!.
5)Pasta
6)Less up the usage of non-veg(highlighting chicken)
7)Do exercise or yoga daily
