Question: Help!!!!?!? losing weight, building muscle!?
everyone i am 13 and i play basketball an average of 3 to 4 hours moderately every day!. i am 4'11 and 100 lbs i know im not fat but i want to lose fat and gain muscle!. i dont see much improvement!. any tips to improve my diet (like more protein and what type) and maybe some workout routine to help me!? anything will help!. push ups pull ups whatever, but it would be good if a get a number or an amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you should do home workouts like pushups, pullups,dips,squats{ jumping up and landing in squat position}!. those and doing 8 to 1 reps of a exercise at a time is good to burn fat and gain muscle{get cut and tone}Www@Answer-Health@Com

to lose fat, youd have to do cardio, which youre already doing!.!.!. but to gain muscle, you'll have to lift some weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't lift too much or you will stunt your growth and might stay short, wait untill you are 14 or 15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
