Okay so currently i am on a healthy diet and i am really not looking to lose wieght because i am happy with how much i weigh, i am 5'3 and weigh 117 pounds, i would really like at least a 4 pack, my stomach isn't too bad, its normal i would say, i have been doing crunches every week and cardio every week too, but i havn't really seen much difference in my stomach
but my question is, typically, how many crunches should i do per day to get a muscle tone in my stomach in at least a month or two, maybe even sooner,

do various styles of crunches!.!.!. I'd start with about 30 twice a day and then move up from there as I felt able!.!.!.!. but each person is different!.
getting resistance bands or tubes will help too!. (7-15$)
