Question: What sholud I eat before the gym and then after I work out!?
I can't make it to the gym until after dinner around 7:30-8:00pm!. I work out for a few hours and get home around ten and go to bed, I know your not suppose to eat before bed but I've heard its good to eat after working out plus I'm kinda hungry after my workout!. What should I eat before I go to the gym for dinner and what can I eat that is healthy and won't ruin my work out before I go to bed!? any suggestions will be great help!.!.!.!.!. About an hour before you work out, you should try to consume a meal or snack with a mix of protein and carbs!. This could be something like peanut butter toast, a bowl of cereal, or chicken and rice!. During your workout, be sure to drink plenty of water!. Unless you are working out vigorously for an hour or more, you dont need those sugary sports drinks, so try and stay away from those!. And afterwards, i would suggest eating a light snack, but something with protein!. This could be a yogurt or a power bar or something of that natureWww@Answer-Health@Com
