Easy way to build muscle?

I'm 5'4'' and about 110 lbs. I know i'm not "fat", but my legs and stomach are still a little flabby. I want to know how to make them muscular, but an easier way to do it.


Answers:

An easy way to build muscle would be a good amount of cardiovascular exersize to give you more energy, burn fat, and tone muscles. Along with that I recomend some weight lifting even just light wieght training with a couple dumbells a few minutes a day will make a difference over time. Lastly make sure while doing these activities you eat nutrious foods and some whey protein to help with muscle building.
