Question: I keep getting called Fat!. It makes me want to!.!.!?
Well I keep getting called fat!. And i already have a low self esteem!. And it doesnt help any!. And i use to not get affended by it!. But now its like everyday that i am getting called fat!. It makes me want to kill myself!. Im not sure what i should do!. And whenever i talk to my mom about it!. I always end up loosing it and bawling!. Im so confused!. Im scared if it keeps happeneing im gunna end up Killing myself!. Please Help me!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know how u feel i feel the same way every night i think about going in to the kitchen and grabbing a knife and well you know X [ but i couldnt do that cause even though i hate my guts i know that somewhere out in the world someone really cares about me and i just couldnt do that to them = / im in the same kind of situation as u but i have the answer every morning loking the mirror (preferably one that shows ur whole body) and tell ur self i dont care wat others think about me i am beautiful and no one can change that but me !.!. if u think that ur fat and u want to change it u got to go forth and do that! when u want a snack instead of chips have fruit instead of a whole bag of candy have 3 pieces just dont let people say that ur fat any more have fun >8-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a good look in the mirror and decide if you are really fat!. You may or may not be slightly overweight and that's for you to decide!.
You know, I'm sure, you already know whether or not you are overweight and you are unhappy about that!. Well, instead of killing yourself, why not adopt a responsible and reasonable weight loss program!.
The will improve your appearance, as well as your self image, and will pay bendfits with better health!.
But the main thing is, DO IT FOR YOURSELF!!! Not just to please others or to get them off your back!.
Tell these cruel critics that you are on a program to lose weight and they need to get off your back!. And let them know that their remarks are hurtful to you!.
If they don't respond in a positive, supportive manner, they are not your friends and never were!. Write them off!. Good luck and stick to your guns! Also have a heart-to-heart talk with your mother and explain what upsets you when you discuss your weight with her!. She may be saying hurtfull things to you without really meaning to!. If she is a good, caring parent, she will want to be supportive to your efforts to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, here's what you do!. First, every morning when you wake up, look in the mirror and find one thing about yourself that you like, and say to the mirror, "I am beautiful!"

Then, to gradually lose weight, try portion control!. Eat smaller and healthier meals, and exercise daily!.
Example:
Breakfast: small bowl of oatmeal with banana and strawberry slices
Snack: apple
Lunch: sandwich with lots of veggies, and a side of wheat thins crackers
Snack: low-fat yogurt
Dinner: baked potato with salt and pepper, and a small side salad with a little dressing!.

Don't eat any sweets or fried foods!. If you are desperately craving something sweet, have a piece of ripe fruit or a small spoonful of fruit sorbet!.

For exercise, take a walk or a jog everyday, and do some sit ups!.

I was called fat and laughed at by the guy I liked!. I felt just like you, over the summer I lost some weight, but not for him, it was so I wouldn't be so upset!. When I did, the comments stopped and I felt much better about myself!. I'm not saying you have to lose wieght, do it only if you want to, not for other people!. I would suggest talking about this with a more trusted adult, if thats not your mom, maybe a sibling or your dad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do sports and eat healthy
tell your parents you want their help to keep you healthy and lose the weight
the people who are making fun of you are jerks, but they are probably right

eat healthy and be active and you WILL lose the weight :)


FYI: killing yourself is selfish!. many kids think about because they feel traped!. Just think about your parents and family and friendsand everyone who knows you and your family!. Think about what your death would do to those people!. you may be gone, but those you leave behind will go through so much more pain then what you are going through now!.!.!.dont do it

Plenty of people who have been called fat and bullied went on to lead very happy lives!. Suicide is a PERMANENT solution to a TEMPORARY problem!. Chin up sweetie!.

I'd suggest getting a medical opinion to see if you are at risk of obesity!. If you are, then consulting with a doctor about healthy eating and exercise would be the next step!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My oldest son was always big for his age!. He liked himself and he had lots of good friends!. Once in awhile some smart *** would make a wisecrack about his weight and he would always have a good comeback!. "Does it bother you that I'm fat!? Cause it don't bother me that your ugly" or "I may be fat but I can lose this weight!. Your ugly face will be with you forever!." Or just tell them to kiss your butt!. First of all, forget those suicidal thoughts!. Channel that energy to fix your problem:

Second, Join a Gym, get a training schedule, and a diet!.

Third: Stick to your diet and routine!.

Four: Get happy with the changes you will see eventually!.

Five: Get a hot boyfriend and show off to those who used to tease you!.

well the only answer i have for you is to
well loose weight!.!.!.thats the only way to get them to stop calling you fat!. or you can beat the **** out of them!.!.!.!.that works to
i like the 2nd idea but thats just me
but you should loose some weight if it bothers you
its really not that hard you dont have to exercise just change your eating habits and you should drop some weight in a week
and if you cant just drop your habits then do this!.!.!.its what i did when i was 185 pounds and 5'3/5'4!.!.!.!.and it wasnt muscle believe me
do it slowly
if you drink alot of pop scrap that and drink water
keep the rest of your diet
whenever you feel ready start eating better things or you can eat better things in moderation to get up to that
instead of scrambled eggs eat egg beaters
instead of buttered noodles get whole wheat noodles and put imitation butter or spray butter in it!.!.!.tastes the same if not better
u get the point
and maybe limit how much you eat to so yeah
ull loose the weight in notime
but once you stop loosing completly get the junk out of your diet
if you dont loose weight in a week then start exercising to get it off
not like alot but about 4 times a week
