Help! What's the best way to maintain energy during Dance/Sports??!?!


Question: Help! What's the best way to maintain energy during Dance/Sports!?!?!!?
I'm on a competitive dance team!. But this question could be answered by anyone on a sports team also!. We have a really complex and high energy dance, complete with stunts and acting!. But we always look dead on stage! What are some things we could do to boost our energy!?

We usually do Redbull and PB&J sandwiches!. And lots of intense streching!. Is that a good idea!? What else!? I want to know what to do/eat the night before, the morning before, and throughout the day!.

Lots of protein!. Stay away from carbs! They make you energetic for 2 secs and then they make your tired! Protein and fruits! And I guess Red Bull!.!.!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

the night before go to bed super early
and then in the morning wake up like 2 hours as you would usually
that is what i do for school lol
then eat a healthy breackfest(fruit)
when you are on the back stage drink water like alot
