When people count calories,do drinks also count toward caloric intake?!

Question: When people count calories,do drinks also count toward caloric intake!?
As the questioned stated, because gatorade has 130 calories per bottle, and I drink 1!.5-2 bottles during day and 1 full bottle at the gym then refill it with water a few times to stay hydrated!.If this counts towards caloric intake then 390 calories come from just gatorade!.I HATE WATER,I refuse to drink that during the day,but I find it hard to believe that a liquid would also make it harder to lose weight, especially if its a drink meant to replenish you!.

Also how many calories does 20 fl oz of water have!?If liquids do count towards caloric intake that all my hard work on the bicycle is put to waste because of some stupid drinks!.

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Calories count no matter what form you ingest them in!. It's all fuel that is used by the body!. Water contains no calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water has no calories!. Any calories count, liquid or solid!. This is the problem with children drinking these types of beverages, normally they are not working at the level where they are losing a lot of electrolytes which gatorade replenishes!. I think that they have recently come out with a lower calorie version in response to this issue!. You don't need the gatorade that much for sure, try putting a few slices of lemon in your water, or using something like crystal lite or a lower calorie flavoured water or fruit juice!. Water is your best bet though!. Just stopping drinking the gatorade would really help with your weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body doesnt discriminate calories and it doesnt care where they come from!. Lay off the gatorade if you want to lose weight!.

Any amount of water will have ZERO calories!. If you absolutely cannot stand the taste of water then throw in a flavor packet that has no calories!. It is true that gatorade will keep you hydrated, but thats about it!. It's all in the marketing scheme that they use to hook you!. You are really better off drinking water and eating natural foods for your vitamins and mineralsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes they do! Drinks can have loads of calories in them!. There is an old dieting saying "Don't drink your calories"!. Have you tried Crystal light!? It's not bad and very few calories!. Water has zero calories!. Try using a calorie counting program like fitday!.com to track everything!. You'll be amazed at how much juice or other drinks have!. Alcohol is the worst - very high calorie counts! Especially when coupled with juice or soda!. Besides the fact that it makes you retain water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you betcha it does!. calories are calories no matter how they are consumed!. Even gum and mints are calories!. Water is 0 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
