Answers:
Intermittent fasting is when you eat anything you want (even if it is fattening) over a 24hr period!. Than the next 24hrs you fast!. Than you repeat this over again!.

This actually is started to become popular because a recent study showed that people lost weight, they had better health and were believed to live longer!.

Even though there isn't much research on this, I think it is pretty safe judging by the caveman test!.

What sort of diet did the caveman have!? Did they eat three meals a day!? no!. The caveman would hunt and if they caught nothing, they ate nothing!. But when they caught a big animal, they'd have a feast!.

It seems pretty probably that it is natural!.

I think for safety sake, you should follow a diet plan when you do that, so try the Eat Stop Eat program listed in the source!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's lame how people assume fasting is a good and safe thing!. If cars don't have fuel they don't work!. If bodies don't have fuel they don't work either!.
Really not too difficult to understand when it's put in those terms!. You need calories (food) to be able to live, people need on average (it varies depending on age, height and weight) 1,300 cals a day JUST TO FUNCTION (breathing, heartbeat, digestion etc) if you deny your body food!.!.!. you'll end up paying for it with your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need around 1200-1500 kcal a day just for being on this planet so never go below that!. Instead of fasting, use exercise to lose weight!. Much healthier and more beneficial in every which way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
