Workout routine help?!


Question: Workout routine help!?
Working 2-3 body parts on my 3 day split routine takes along time each day so im thinking of starting a routine were i work 1 a day each day of the week to keep the workouts short, is this a good idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have used 1 bodypart a day workouts with great success!.!.!. You can really hit those muscles good and hard when that's all your concentrating on that day!.
