Okay, I'm a 19 year old guy, about 165 pounds in pretty good shape!. I don

dude a 2 hour workout is way too long for strength, I talked to a former pro weight lifter and he said that if you are lifting for more then an hour thats too long just got for 50 minutes but push your self to the max for that short amount of time!.!.!. i try to do so much in that 50 minutes that i cant really do anything else and i'm sweating like crazy!.!.!. that always makes me feel good and if you run like 2 miles a day at like 6-7minutes each that will help a lot too and thats not much time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

study and workout and the same time!. I'm a girl and sometimes while i'm at the gym i feel the same way so what i do now is i bring my txt books and papers in my gym bag and in between going on the treadmill and bike i study a little!. i know sounds a lil stupid but it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

you have to find a balance between both!. I have a hard time finding that balance myself!. Maybe consider a career that involves weight lifting if you love itWww@Answer-Health@Com

take out two hours of your sleep!?
or whenever there is ANY possible free time, exercise!. at home if you have to!. buy a machine and weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try a workout that is around 45 minutes or less for 4-5 days a week!. When you get down on yourself for working out instead of studying just remember it is a proven fact that peoples minds and mental health that workout are sharper and healthier than those who dont on average!. So get those workouts in!. Break it down like 25 minutes of weightlifting and 20 minutes of Cardio!.
