When is the best time to work out? and best drink to drink while working out?

When is the best time to work out in the morning when u havent eaten anything or in the afternoon after youve had something to eat. And which drink is better to drink while working out Gatorade, Water, or anything else? Thanks for the answers.

The best time is when it fits best in your schedule and you have the most energy. I personally work out in the morning because that way when people want to do things at night, it doesn't conflict with my workout schedule.
