Answers:
If you have 80 lbs to lose, 3 lbs a week is a reasonable goal, although as you lose more weight, it'll most likely dwindle down to 1-2 lbs a week!.

Basically give up fried foods for the most part!. And try not to eat too many processed foods (basically junk food)!. Not only do a lot of processed foods lead to weight gain, they often have high levels of saturated fat, sodium, and preservatives that are not good for your body!. The Green Diet is a great concept since it's based on eating whole foods and increasing the amount of fresh and local produce!. Just cutting out little things here and there like skipping out on the mayo and extra cheese add up!. I've lost 10 lbs in the past month and I still eat out sometimes!.!.!.I just make better decisions like getting a grilled chicken sandwich without mayo instead of a quarter pounder with cheese!. I'd recommend the book "Eat this, not that!." It's not a necessarily a diet book but it teaches you how to make smarter decisions!.!.!.!.it's worth checking out at least on amazon (I've posted the link below)!.

As for exercise!. You can always find time to do it!.!.!.the main issue is motivation!. I don't know if you spend a lot of time watching TV or on the computer but I am guilty of this!. You can free up some time to exercise and move around simply by cutting back on checking myspace and facebook or what have you!. Even if you only start out for 10 minutes, taking a walk will do your body so much good!. Or if you want to stay at home, consider jump roping!. Ten minutes of jumproping is the equivalent of jogging for half an hour! Jump roping takes some practice and at first you may only be able to jump for a minute or two but keep at it and you'll increase your endurance and get a great workout!. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water, even if you're not very active!.

One last thing!.!.!.I recommend setting up an account at Sparkpeople (i'll post another link)!. It's 100% free and allows to record the food that you eat in an online food journal (you can track the number of calories you are consuming daily) and it gives you free workout plans and the skinny on different fad diets!.!.!.they have a great message board community that offers tons of tips and strategies for meeting your weightloss and maintenance goals!.

Good luck with your weight loss!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I know you've probably heard this a billion times, but diet and exercise are key!. Try to sneak in a couple 10-minute cardio sessions, even if it means getting up just 10 minutes early!. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meats (or tofu/beans if you're a vegetarian), and count calories!! Water is also great!. If you replace 1 12-ounce can of soda a day with a glass of water, you'll shed (at least) 10 pounds in a year!! Sleep is amazing for your body!. If you get 8 hours a night (which I know is hard going to school), you won't eat as much!.!.!.it's been scientifically proven!!

Good luck, I know you can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya ill tell you diets that actually work!.
the logical and simple ones!.
exercise often - don't eat too much fat food - eat more vegs and fruits!.
so simple!. but it's so hard for many!.!.!. bc only hard part is getting the motivation!. YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO DO!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
