Question: Rate my meals today!.!.!.!.(trying to lose weight and eat healthier)!?
For breakfast:

I had two blueberry pancakes and coffee

For Lunch

I had a cheese sandwich with thin slices of salami and a glass of milk (2%)

An apple

And 1 ice cream sandwich (140 calories and no trans fat)

Dinner will be about 6:30 and nothing after it:

Sausage with assorted peppers and onions!. No starch!.

I will bike today about 6-9 miles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a lot more fruits and green, leafy vegetables!. Also be sure to drink lots of water!. Try drinking juice or water in the morning instead of coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not very good!. You didn't have enough vegetables and fruit!. Salami and sausage are loaded with fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
