Food that works?!


Question: Food that works!?
so everybody says have a good diet and exercise to lose weight!. but i jsut want a very specific diet to go by, ya know like what diet has worked for you!? like what did you eat for breakfst, lunch and dinner!. did you eat snacks in between!? like just really specific stuff cuz i cant seem to control it!. so hlep would be great, thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, eat healthier, smaller portions!.

Example 1:
Breakfast- fruit and yogurt
Snack- apple
Lunch- Small sandwich w/ lots of veggies inside
Snack- rice cake w/ a little peanut butter
Dinner- Grilled chicken w/ salt, pepper, lemon!. small side salad with light dressing
Dessert- strawberries lightly sprinkled w/ sugar

Example 2:
Breakfast- Half bagel w/ light cream cheese OR w/ light peanut butter and raisins
Snack- banana
Lunch- Wheat Thins or Triscuits crackers w/ small cheese squares and an apple
Snack- yogurt
Dinner- baked potato w/ light sour cream, salt, pepper and small side salad w/ light dressing
Dessert- fruit dipped in a small amount of dark chocolate


Example 3:
Breakfast- whole wheat toast w/ light peanut butter and banana slices
Snack- orange
Lunch- salad w/ light dressing and crackers
Snack- raisins
Dinner- grilled vegetables (zucchini, cauliflower, etc!.) and long grain brown rice
Dessert- ONE small scoop of sorbet topped w/ fresh fruit and a mint leaf



Just try these!.!.!.They'll work if you don't cheat and you follow these and similar meals!. You can mix and match the meals in each of these days for more variety too!.

i go to the gym and have my diet!.!.!.!.my sample meal breakfast usually i eat cereal and lowfat milk, morning snack i eat bread and juice lunch half white rice and variety of chicken meat and veggies, afternoon snack bread or salad dinner usually salad and juice!.!.!.!.but it really depends on you!.!.!.!.and you should eat according to time, which means the gaps of your meal should not take long don't hunger yourself especially when you do exercise as well!.!.!.for example if you started breakfast at around 7am you should be having snack at 10am, lunch at 12nn, snack at 3-4pm, and dinner by 7pm!.!.!.!.because if you hunger yourself you will consume more food than what you usually take

when it comes to exercise when you do cardio exercise (like running, jogging, rowing, stepper, etc!.) you should do atleast 20-30minutes then rest for 1-2minutes then follow up with strength exercise such as dumbells lifting, sit ups, crunches, leg raise, etc!. this helps tone your muscles so that after you loose weight your body won't look saggy!.!.!.don't be afraid to lift dumbells it helps you gain muscles and don't be afraid of gaining muscles it makes you look firm!.!.!.if you really want to look fit faster enroll at a gym near you they will give advice that really helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not going to tell you what specifically what to eat and what not to eat, because with a little common sense you'd probably could figure that out youself!. The only thing that I would suggest isto make sure that you eat a good breakfast, this is key for losing weight and having lots of energy!. Also try to eat stuff that is filling (wheats, etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should reduce your intake of carbohydrates, try to snack on fruits and eat more vegetables,
eat breakfast and skip lunch,Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok instead of 3 whole meals, do 6-8 snacks! healthy too!
