Question: I am a 26 year old person,physically I am very weak!. How can I built my physique!?
I have heard that after 23 years anyone can not rebuilt his physique!. I am doing physical exercise regularly but not improvement in my body!. Please tell me what type of physical exercise is helpfull for building a body!. Also tell me about helpfull food for building a physique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it results into completion of some work, then that's not physical exercise!.

Goto your nearest Nutritionist Doctor !. Ask him that i want to build up body & good physiq!. which food & in what qty!. i should take , to gain weight in proper manner and gain weight , so that body looks nice!.

Follow Doctor's instruction upto 1 month or as per your body permit, and then see results!.

Cheap-trick :
Dip 1/4 Kg of yellowish raw/Kachha chana(which will sprout after 7-8 hours), also called as sproutable chana , Dip this in pure water!. Water leve must be greater than level of chana in bowl!.
Leave it dipped in water , before going to sleep in night!.
Now in morning, when you wake-up, You will see the Dipped Chana, with its whiteish cord like!.
After taking tea/coffee, going to toilet, after when you feel fresh, Take the Sporuted Chana in Seperate bowl, Add Salt to your taste and then eat it in place of breakfast!.

After this Drink 2 Glasses of Water!. after drinking 2 glasses of water, let 1 hour pass!. Then , Boil 2 Glass Milk!. After boiling add some sugar to taste!. switch-off the fire!.
Now Let milk to come at normal temprature!. Add 1/4 Teaspoon of Dabur honey in milk and STIR the Spoon to mix it in milk!. Now , if you think that milk is at normal temprature, Drink it!. 2 Glasses is sufficient!.

Your Bkfast is over, now goto Work, but with following :
> less than 1/4 Kg of Gud (not Good, Its sweet item, brownish colour)
> less than 1/4 KG of Soft, eatable Chana which is light yellow in colour!.

After taking your Lunch, take equal quantities of Gud & Chana and eat them not once, But in 2 or 3 or 4 parts!.
if water is desirable, take only lesser qty!. , as it is not recommended to drink water after Gud-chana!.

Now after coming to home, in late evening, after taking your
dinner, goto nearest ground/park and do walking of atleast 5 rounds of ground/park!. Take a seat after this, in park!. and leave seat after 10 minutes!. Take a Deep Breath-in, try to stop breathe for 2-3 seconds and then Breathe-out!.
Do this breath-in, breath-out until you feel tired or atleast for 10 minutes!. Goto home in Jogging mode- fastly !. Ensure not to put yourself towards T!.V Set!. Take a good sleep !.

Practice this Routine for a week!. Check your weight!. Check your muscles!. Check your abdomen!. If you feel happy, Go Buddy, Practice this for a month!. And see lasting effects!.

Buddy, I fully understand your concern!. Can I suggest some thing!?
At first remove your thought that you are physically weak!. Erase this thought and auto suggest yourself that you are not weak!. Thoughts are so powerful and it can create wonders!.
While you do this I'm sure you'll start feeling better and at the same time keep yourself physically fit, by engaging in regular physical exercise!. From my point of view, being fit without having a great physique is itself a gift!. Also, you need not have to feel guilty or low in your esteem, for having such a physique!.

whoever told you that is a liar!! i am going to be 27 soon and in the past 6 months have totally reshaped my entire body from house cat to tiger!.

look on the web for a few excersizes you can do with dumbells and go to a gym and do them dont worry if other dudes are lifting more than you!. as long as you are going up in weight and seeing results as the weeks go by then you are doing good!. i assume you are doing this to try to get a girl or impress one you already have!. eaither way yo u can take the one you have running or to the gym with you once you feel comfortable with your progress, or you can meet even hotter girls doing those same things!.!. oh one thing is key You need lots of protein to build muscle!. but some powdered whey protein at walmart or wherever and take a shake within 90 minutes of working out!. use ice, milk and protein powder in a blender!. use water if you are lactose intolerent!. dont take the protein if you are just sitting around because it will make you fat!!! man seriously even if you dont go to a gym just pullups pushups crunches and buy some bumbells!. do them as much as you can without killing yourself and you'll be big pimpin in no time!.
