How does this workout plan sound?!
Question: How does this workout plan sound!?
Day #1, 3 & 5: Do intervals of walking a speed of 3 for 2 minutes and running at a speed of 6 for 3 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes!. I might be doing this in two seperate sessions of 20 minutes and 25 minutes!. (I am doing the speed intervals because I heard it helps to burn calories faster)
Day # 2, 4 & 6: Walking for 30 minutes at a speed of 3!.5, incline of 6 & 20 minutes of resistants training with bands

well if ur resistance training is all body workouts well upper body is all u relli need but like shoulders tricepts and bicepts need to be worked not jus one muscle but that does sound great for a workout plan !.!.!.!.jus remeber that ur diet is 70% of this to get in shape u need to eat well or none of this will do anything so keep that up and ur healthy diet!.!.I wish u luck!!!--JoeWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds vigerous!. If your not used to working out daily, this might be a little too much for a begginer, you'll become discouraged very quickly!. I would suggest firstly, keep to the plan, and have a buddy to do it with!. That'll keep you going!. If your doing it on your own though, maybe start out with day 1, 3, and 5, than add in days 2,4, and 6 as you feel you can!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

jogg on 5 and 5!.5 and run
on speed 7 i do this for about 45min
i do it everyday then i do lots of situps
about 30 to 40
then later on ill do it again
work out into two parts for better weight lost
