Other than expense none!. You have to eat 5-6 times per day to lose weight and be helathy!. Not everyone can do that!. That is when those MRP's come in handy!. If you did nothing but MRP's your body would forget (temporarily obviously) how to digest food and you would have problems!. When you ate solid food again, yuo would likely gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well there's nothing like a well balanced meal, but most meal replacement drinks are for people on the go, not something you should be using every day!.
A meal replacement drink can't supply you with all the nutrition your body needs, so it should be good for a few meal replacements a week but not on a daily basis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know what meal replacement shakes your talking about
but the ones i know and drink
have vitamins and minerals, a lil bit of fat in them and alot of protein!.!.!.which isnt bad for you at all
only bad thing is you might not be as full as you would with a regular meal and
im talking about metr-x ones

One would be: Since you need both for a healthier diet, to not achieve the necessary amount of protein in a daily basis!.

If you're looking to lose weight, they do indeed provide all the nutrients of eating a full meal with veggies/fruit, meat and grains!. They do however, have a lot of fat in them!. So if you don't burn it off, it'll get stored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For guys, if the protein source is Whey Protein, no problem, butif there is a preponderance of soy protein in the drink, it will spur the production of estrogen, and in men that is bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
