I think it's better to eat a large breakfast (e!.g!. cereal topped with berries, + an egg + a peach) a small lunch and an even smaller dinner, with like 1 snack!. That way you'll eat most of your calories at the beginning of the day, so you'll have all day to burn the calories!. A late lunch is better, but don't eat until you're full!. Eat the most @ breakfast!. For example if I eat say 1200 cals per day, I have a 400 cal breakfast, 300 cal lunch, 200 cal snack and 300 cal dinner!. I hope that helped!

btw I've woken up later!. Once, I didn't wake up till 4:00 p!.m!.
but i was jetlagged so that does make sense!.!.!.sortaWww@Answer-Health@Com

The thing with calories is it's all about time!. If you wake up at 10 and go to bed at about 11 or so then having something light right when you wake up won't hurt you but if you're up until something like 2 in the morning then you should have a full breakfast as long as you're doing typical physical things like walking and what you'd do during a regular day!.

It's commonly recommended to have a meal for every 5 hours that you're doing physical activity!. However, if you're just sitting around watching TV all day then obviously you won't be using as much energy so you don't need to eat as much as if you were at work or school!. It all really depends on what you do or are planning on doing during the day really, if you're not doing much then a light breakfast should be fine but if you're planning on things like meeting up with friends or going shopping then you should have a full breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends , is lunch at 2 or 3 !? > eat more breakfast !. !. !.
