And by the way, haven't you heard that people shouldn't just like you for your looks, personality is important!. Ahh I know the feeling!. Although you aren't even fat!. I'm 13 and I'm 4 kg heavier than you!.!.!.and yet I have a couple of cute skinny guys!.!.!.!. Just go where cute nice real guys are, not the plastic fake ones with trophy gfs are!.

As for a diet plan I don't know what to tell you!. Just be yourself, best plan ever!. If your really detremied just do smaller meals!. although remeber you'll always be beautiful ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Strictly stick to non-fried items!. No fatty foods for you,please!. if you are tall for your age, then stick to 51 and do not put on more weight!. weight goes with height and not with age!. if you are short, hang on a rod on your hands and let your body sway!. play basket ball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can crash diet!. its unhealthy!. i saw on this MTV show this girl only ate cottage cheese for like 2 weeks and she lots a lot of weight!. you can dip fruit into cottage cheese like peaches or what ever!. its not bad to crash diet once, but if you make it a habbit it can be really badWww@Answer-Health@Com
