Drinking....?

ok well i drink alot of water... and when i say alot i mean ALOT probly about 14 -18 (16 oz.) bottles of water everday. iam just thirsty ALL the time and i know its not good to drink to much water so i try to stop myself but then i jut get REALLY hungry & im trying to lose weight so i dont know what to do...

basically - how much water is to much? & - Y AM I SOOO THIRSTY ( my mouth is always dry)???

its not bad to drink too much water as long as you don't feel bloated or sick from it. i drink 16oz every 2 hours through out the day from 830am to 730pm. the average human being is supposed to get 2-3Liters of water a day. 90% of people are walking around chronically dehydrated which impairs your bodies ability to function properly. how ever if you are always thirsty and simply can't be without water at any point in the day you should see a doctor about this because it can be a sign of diabetes. water is good for weight loss, it helps speed up your metabolism. there is a such thing as water intoxication though which only happens in rare occassions.
