How do i loose weight before i go to high school?!


Question: How do i loose weight before i go to high school!?
umm i want to loose weight :) umm i have lost 8lbs in 1week last summer doing adkins but i could not do it this summer :( umm i am not drasticly over weight just about 5lbs i juust want to get dwn to a size 3!. i am a size 5!. well any advice none like stop eating!. cause my mom says i am not that big!.to just stop eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diets tend to lose weight until you break them and you'll usually gain it all back and then some!. Same with not eating, that's the original diet!. Running is an awesome exercise, if you have bad legs, briskly walking burns the same calories!. Want a six pack!? Do some sit ups!. Want to lose 5 lbs!? Take off your boots!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

AH! dont stop eating, its absolutely horrible for you!. its causes more problems for you in the end!. Just start eating healthier, and have a routine excercise regimen!. Diet and excercise (especially cardio if you want leaness) are key for losing weight, not supplements or any of that!. I was in the same situation before I started highschool!. I cut down all my meals in half!. So instead of a whole sandwitch, just eat half!.!.!.for dinner if you have chicken just eat half and continue with a fist size of anything else that goes on your plate!. I also walked 2 miles( twice a day) for the entire summer!. and drank lots of water!. I am 30 now and continue to follow those simple rules and I have maintained the same healthy weight since!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't stop eating!. you are still developing and you cannot starve yourself!. you'll end up doing more damage than good because your body needs nutrients to grow properly!. just eat right, cut out junk!. eat more fruits and veggies, whole grains and proteins!. be more active!. go for walks after dinner, ride a bike, go swimming!. don't just sit around and do nothing!. learn tennis or dancing!. that's the healthiest way for you to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't start not eating, that will cause more problems than it will solve!.

8lb is a lot to lose per week, too much in fact, you should be losing no more than 4!.

Just eat well and follow a good exercise regime!.
That means limited chocolate, your 5 a day, protein and good cardio exercise per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercising is a really good idea!.
maybe jogging 2 a day early in the morning and once in the evening before dinner!.
