Upper body and Abs workout?!


Question: Upper body and Abs workout!?
So I wanna bulk myself up and mostly just gain the looks, I've been doing some exercises a lot and I'm getting on quite welll but someone recommended some exercises to me for abs, each of them are done 4-5 reps and 4-5 sets with weights if thats to easy;

-Hanging Leg Raise
-Hanging Knee Raise
-Full Crunch
-Twisting Abdominal Crunch
-Oblique Crunch

And the for the upper body with as many as I can manage repeated for 3 sets;

-Close Grip Tricep Dips
-Close Grip Chin Up
-Triceps Press Up
-Bench Dip
-Wide Arm Chin Up

Just wondered if that seems good and if it cover everything upper body and abs!?

Also how often should I do it!?

yeah that seems like a pretty good workout!.
But I would recommend that you also do some press ups with your hands wide apart!. this works your chest!. bench press also helps this, because you don't want to hav a six pack and big arms without a toned chest aswell!!!

I would say 2-3 times a week to start off with, and then up it to 5 and maybe 6 if you feel able for it,
