Question: I need tips/help on losing weight!?
ok, im a girl and 14, and i want to look good when i enter highschool!.!.i need some tips on how to lose the tummy!.!.!.

and another thing, can anyone give me recipes that HELP you lose weight, i am willing to eat right , and extercise anything!.!.just to lose my tummy!.!.!.

so any recipes that help lose weight, would be great!

As for losing weight, keep to a 4:1, carb-protien ratio, drink plenty of water, and stay away from salt!.
