Question: How to get a flat tummy!? (please help!)!?
I'm 18!. 5 Feet 5 1/2 Inches tall!. I weigh about 105!. All my weight is in my tummy!. Like it's more than a pooch!. Everywhere else is thin!.!.!. but my stomach!. And I hate it!. I look like im about 3 months pregnant!. I've had someone ask me if I was before!. It's crazy!. Plus I'm really flat chested so it looks really strange!.
Does anyone know anyway to get a flat tummy!. I'm not looking for ABS just flat!. Like a dancer's stomach!. Foods!? Not to eat and TO eat!? I can't exercise very well because my ankles naturally roll in a little bit which causes my spine to be out of alinement so little exercise as possible!.

Well I think it's totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

FOODS; lots of fruits and vegetables, cut off all of your junk food, and don't drink pop, gatorade, or vitamin water
also, eat lots of pasta!.
EXERCISE; lots of sit-ups, push ups, leg cycles, look on youtube to how to get a six pack, I know you just want a flat tummy, but it has to be flat before a six pack, it will work the same, I really hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't do it without exercise, you just can't!. You'll die of malnutrition before dieting alone will do it for you!. Cardio!.!.!. the longer, the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat carbs!. starchy foods like potatoes and white bread make you gain weight, that usually shows up at your stomach!.

the ab lounge worked for me!. after two babies and i'd say my stomach looks nice!. knocks the pooch right out!. they are pretty cheap too!. or i guess sit -ups!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
