try to eat healthy foods while your body is still growing and developing!. For instance, eat proteins, oats, dairy and eat fruits and vegetables as well!. It's always good to exercise some too!. Maybe you play soccer or you're involved in some type of sport!. Often times, i will eat about 5 times a day but i'll eat healthy foods so i never feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
