Question: Good weightloss dieting plan!?
I have 2-3 pounds to lose, and I've heard you can lose 1-3 pounds a week!? How!? By food or exercise!. And I don't want to try any pills, or spend any money!. What kind of exercise and food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best and healthiest way to lose weight is is follows:
1!. Eat breakfast of eggs and juice
2!. Eat fruit and/or vegetables for snack around 11 AM
3!. Eat nutritious lunch at 1 PM
4!. Eat a salad or a couple of apples with a couple of slices of cheese at 5-5:30 PM!.
I lost 20 lbs in 1 month and 40 lbs in 4 months and felt great!.
Since, as a doctor, I was a late eater - it was very difficult for me to eat such a small dinner (for about 2 weeks)!. After that I my stomach must have shrunk, and even during the day I could not eat as much as I used to!.
Please, note: I accomplished that without any exercise (though I think you should exercise)!.!.!.
It is the late eating that gets us in 80% of cases!.
There is an old Russian saying: Your breacfast - you eat yourself; your Lunch - share it with your friend; your supper - give it to your enemy!. As a MD I concur!. This meal schedule does not only benefit your weight loss, but it also protects your gall bladder, and your stomach!. You wake up full of energy and hungry (which is the way it ought to be)!.
If you feel you want to eat a piece of cake for lunch - it's fine!. It does not affect your weight loss!.
You will feel full of energy throughout the whole day!

do exercises you like, like swimming, hiking, walking when you go shopping, ect!. eat low carb, low fat food, and stay of soda or other sugary drinks drink up to 8 glasses of water a day!. eat only when hungry, and just until your full, dont eat because of boredom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should stop eating junk food and sweets and go for healthy meals and fruits are great too!. Excercise at least 30 mins a day, jog around your house if you want to!. Swimming is also a good option for weight loss since it burns a lot of calories!. I hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat friuts and vegetables drink water and green tea, exercise for at least 30 mins!. no fried foods and try to eat foods low in sat!. fats you can have dessert but like i said low in fat and especially sugar , also eat whole grainsWww@Answer-Health@Com
