How can i loss wight?!


Question: How can i loss wight!?
okay so im 15 years old, and im 5'9"!. i weight 168 pound and i whant to be at least 140 in 2-3 weeks!. i dnt eat that much but i tend to just pick at any thing around my house!. i exersice about 1 a week!. please help me i want to loss my lovehandles thigh and stomach fat!.

First, you can't really lose 28 pounds in 2-3 weeks realistically and if you did manage to do it, don't expect it to last more than another 2-3 weeks!.

If you want to start making a dent quickly on your lovehandles, stomach etc!., start aerobic excercise (maybe 40-45 minutes every other day and push yourself to sweat) combined with basic weight training (squats, etc!.) Continue this while eating regular meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) instead of picking at things around the house!.
Why do you want to lose so much weight so fast!? If it is to fit into a special outfit, consider wearing some trimming underwear!. If it's to look good at the beach or pool, find a bathing suit that provides decent coverage and a cool-looking coverup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat fruit everyday you can lose one pound or even more
and in the first week you lose more than ten pounds
and drink water
