Question: Getting my chest to catch up with the rest of my body!?
how long do you think itll take!?
look at my avatar!.!.!.i have like no chest its around 37/38"!.!.!.i have big traps legs arms broad shoulders and a wide back
but ive been neglecting my chest since i started since i didnt really care and thought benching and stuff were overrated!.!.!.big mistake on my part!.!.!.but how long you think itll take to catch up!? i went from benching 140 to benching 190 in like 4-6 weeks!.!.!.but thats cuz i can close grip bench 145 pounds now and thats from the triceps!.!.!.!. so i have stronger tris!.!.!.i neglected those to somewhat i worked them but not as hard as i do now!.!.!.4 weeks ago it was at 100 i think my increase is from my tris but
every week my body gets bigger
and my chest looks smaller, whadda i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

forget benching for now!. its just going to make your arms bigger and stronger!. the chest muscle is one of the hardest muscles to shape so try butterflys instead that target mainly your chest and shoulders!. inclinded push ups work really good too!. for instance, do push ups off with your hands on a sink in the bathroom!. tighten your chest muscles on each and every rep!. the incline helps you do more reps to target your chest and less on your arms so you can do more reps without arm fatigue!. try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
