Question: Is the way I eat bad and/or is there an explanation!?
I don't eat for somewhere between 12-16 hours (sometimes more sometimes less)!. Then I eat a lot of food!. When I eat the huge amount of food I am not even hungry!. I eat because I'm bored!.!.!.if I didn't eat when I was bored I would probably barely even have one meal a day!.!.and on the rare occasions when I am hungry It usually takes a few bites of what I am eating to fill me up!. (I think about food A LOT!. Even after I have just eaten and when I'm not hungry!. I only think about things like oreos or cookies or M&M's!.!.!.because I'm bored almost all the time!.!.!.or at least that's what I've been assuming!.!.!.I can usually restrain myself but sometimes I am just so bored that eating is the only think I can think of to do)What should I do!? Should I eat regular meals even though I am not hungry!? Or should I only eat when I'm hungry!? Or should I just continue what I've been doing!? Is my body telling me something!? Is the whole reason I'm like this because I'm bored all the time!? Is there an explanation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're doing most likely isn't very good for your body!. First of all, you shouldn't eat when you're bored!. Find something else to do!. Chewing gum helps most people!.

Eating regular meals is probably a good idea, even if you aren't that hungry, because your body needs food to survive, and giving it too little can have big consequences!. However, don't force yourself to eat if you really don't want to!.

you should be eating small portions every 3 hours!. if you are not very hungry, you should have like a few carrots or something like that or a handful of sugar free cerealWww@Answer-Health@Com
