What foods does and can a person eat after there stomach has been stapled a guy i work with just had it?

If he is really super obese, his doctor would have told him to eat certain foods. If not he should see a dietitian. they will tell him to eat normally but smaller portions. If he is willing. If not, he will just be eating the same things as usual. I can tell you what I would tell him to eat, but I think he should know by now. we are just stubborn to think to change our eating habits. the ones that caused us to be obese in the first place!? Whole foods. Fruit and vegie juices will cause him to lose the weight fast and easy. It will take a while to adjust. But the effort will be worthwhile, just the same. Then, perhaps, he can get it unstapled, later. What a pity to have it stapled in the first place???
