Question: Good Diet and Workout Plan!?
I just turned 15 two months ago i'm 5'1 and I weigh 140 lb!. I just started working out!. I use Wii Fit (5 hr!. a day) and I take a hoodia syrup that is supposed to speed up my metabolism and make me not feel hungry!. I'm trying to eat healthy, today I had oatmeal and 3 bananas and I drink a lot of milk!. Does anyone have a good diet or any good workouts that I can do at home!. Dont tell me about diet pills or the gym, I already know about those!. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

look, if your 5'1 and hoping to grow some more, dont lift weights because theyll stunt your growth!. otherwise eat 5-6 small meals a day - whole foods only/slow burning carbs (whole grains, oats, fruit etc!.) healthy fats - monounsaturated/omega's etc - and protein-rich foods: powders, lean meats, dairy!. get 20 grams of whey before a workout along with say, an apple and 40 grams afterwords along with maybe a muffin (basically some sort of fast burning carb right afterwords to spike your insulin in order to increase muscle growth - in a nutshell) as for good workouts at home, check out crossfit!.com since they have a lot of bodyweight type workouts, or get a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a bench/barbell and have a blast!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
