When trying to lose weight, should I do weight training as well?!
Question:
When trying to lose weight, should I do weight training as well?
Or do I just want to burn off all the extra fat, and then worry about building up muscle? im talking like push ups and sit ups and bench press, nothing to advanced.

When you have toned muscle it is suppose to raise your metabolism. It isn't burning calories when you are actually exercising that makes the difference, but rather having muscle tone throughout the day and even night. You increase your caloric use all 24 hours.
