so im a vegitarian and have been for about 3 months, but what kind of supplements should i be getting, to stay healthy!?

I think you have become a Vegan, not just a vegetarian!.
First you must learn to eat complementary proteins so that you can have complete proteins!. You must eat one whole grain and one dried-bean, or vegetables!.!.
For example eat brown rice and chickpeas together
B12 is one vitamin you will have a problem with!. Try to buy B12 that's sub-lingual for maximum absorption
Iron may be another problem!.!. Iron in Plant food needs Vitamin C to become bio-available!. For example eat Spinach and a section of orange
Essential fatty acids (Omega 3) may be problem!.!. Eat a handful of walnuts every day
I strongly suggest to eat soybean products Soy-milk fortified with calcium, Tofu, and Temp-eh

Since you don't drink milk eat lots of beans!. They give you the protein without the meat!. Also, take vitamins like Calcium because the Calcium tablets will give you almost the same benefits as you would get if you were drinking a glass of milk!. I don't eat beef or pork either, so try boca burgers they're very good!. Good luck! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
Leafy greens give calcium and you can get protein from vegetables, fruit, beans, seeds, and grains!. You could also get a multivitamin and that will give you all the nutrients you need!. Instead of drinking regular milk, I think soy milk is really good, Silk is my favorite brand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just did a quick on line search for vegetarian diets and found there are quite a few!. I've put 1 in here for suggestions on what to be eating as a vegetarian!.
