Will you still lose the weight?!

Question: Will you still lose the weight!?
If you replace your old habits with better habits, such as having a midnight snack of grapes and crackers rather than brownies and/or cookies!? What I mean is, if you dont entirely quit eating excess foods when you get bored, depressed, etc!. Will you still lose the weight because you are replacing the excess unhealthy with excess healthy food!?

Unnecessary to the question (extra details)
**** While dieting, I have noticed that because I am eating less food, (all of which is healthy) and therefore becoming hungry easier, and since I plan out my menu at night, I know what I am supposed to eat the next day, but when the next day comes, I get bored and think I am hungry, or maybe sometimes I am, but either way I end up deviating from my original plan and eating little tidbits here and there to hold me over!. The tidbits, are healthy and delicious, but are also excess unplanned for food!. Therefore I came here to ask the above listed questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't say what you call healthy food!. If what you are eating leaves you hungry, that is not realy healthy!.
But you are recognising the other factors that might be causing you to eat!. Find other ways to divert yourself, or reward yourself!.

Because you are trying to lose weight, you are probably trying to avoid eating fats!. This is a mistake: fats and protein foods take a long time to digest, so release their energy gradually into your bloodstream, and so stop you from feeling hungry for a lot longer!. (You still have to look out for eating from boredom)!.
Have a look at this site, that explains what each food component does, to let you work out your own personal tailor-made diet!.
Oh and about that snack - grapes are very high in sugar!. You'd be better off with an apple and some cheese!.

Make yourself some little plastic containers to keep in the fridge full of things like chopped apple, celery, only a few grapes in each, peppers (if you like them) maybe a couple of olives!. Lettuce is also fine!. A lady I used to work with always carried one in her bag so she didnt stop off to buy a chocolate bar!. You can vary the contents but stick to salad and a bit of fruit!. Celery is excellent as you burn off more chewing it than you gain in calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
