The double dutch approach - This is sorta like those girls playing double dutch and the girl is about to jump in but is looking for the perfect spot!. This works great for me when I need to lose some quick weight!. Always look for the perfect spot like "do not start a diet when a party and bbq are in your plans" instead "when you have to go severe grocery shopping" (I mean extreme when you are gonna buy for pretty much every meal every week)

The Slow landing - like a car coming to a stop it is first in motion, you slowly cut your calorie and fat intake and ease in (like you would in a car coming at up on a stop sign) IE!., avg!. calorie intake for a person for a week ( and assuming you are in this category) is around 2600 one day you drop to 2450 then next day 2350 and keep going to 1900 or even lower depending on your doctors recomendations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Several tricks!. (1) No eating for emotional satisfaction, there are better sources of it, such as doing something nice for somebody!. (2) No protein for dinner, nor food after 7PM, and only enough dinner to not freak out and midnight snack! (3) One "meat meal" per day!. (4) Get complete protein, and take vitamin/mineral supplements!. (5) Get moderate exercise, a little jogging with small free weights is fine!. (6) Eat healthy foods, and the right amount of them!.
