Question: Should I lift weights slow or fast!?
So I have been visiting the gym one weekends now!. I workout with my dad and he tells me to lift weights slower!. I'm still new so I don't know what to do!. Can you guys list the pros and cons of weight lifting speed!. Thanks in advance!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter, slow or fast, as long as your form and technique is correct!. Usually when you go fast, you are sacrificing all of that because your form and technique is incorrect!. This is why it is better to start off slow until you have perfect form for each exercise!.
When you can handle the amount of weight you've been using for a while fairly easily and are able to do your reps quickly w/o feeling tired, then just up the amount of weights you use and go slowly again until you become faster!.
Never cheat on any exercise, that's the key to gaining strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

slower, so that you can do lifts controlled and with right technique!.!. otherwise youll hurt yourself cos youre a beginnerWww@Answer-Health@Com
Definitely slow!. If you do it too fast, you're just throwing your weight around which won't help and you may also pull a muscle!. Hope this helps! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yea you should lift weights slower!. Lifting weights too fast could do some damage to your arms either the next day or in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well it depends!. If youre using the benchpress, then you LIFT the weights up fast and LOWER them down slow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
