Is it bad to exercise during that time of month?!


Question: Is it bad to exercise during that time of month!?
Just wondering if it's bad to exercise while that time of month for women!. I heard women shouldn't incorporate ab exercises!. Any advice!? Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!
At that time of the month exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body!. When its 'that time of the month' you uterus is cramped and it basically REALLY hurts!. So when you exercise it releases the tension!.
I usually do a lot of brisk walking and that helps maybe some jogging or running!. Even cycling should help!.
Just don't go too overboard!

actually i heard its really good to exercise during the time of the months o that you wont have a lot of blood clots!. Also drink a lot of water!. if you dont want to exercise or still have some doubt at least walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no no no, it is really good to, the more you move the less cramps you feel, and the shorter your period will be, i know from experience compared to when i did nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it's good for you! Especially relaxing low intensity exercise like walking!. Now!.!.!.!.when I have cramps I don't do the ab workouts I usually do!. That doesn't feel good to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
