Pfffffft, muscle gain question?!

Pfffffft, muscle gain question?

I have to burn fat which means I'm going to gain muscle
pfft, I don't really enjoy muscle, it makes me feel heavy, I know there's not way out of gaining the muscle to replace the fat
but any
is there anyway that i could burn the fat and not gain so much muscle? should I just avoid the high protien foods? or...?


Answers:

You need to target the heart rate for burning fat. This makes burning fat more efficiently. I have personally used this method and benefitted from it. I do exercises to build muscle as well but when i do cardio, the goal is to burn fat efficiently and pace myself for a longer workout.
